Imagine a place where you know your neighbors – and they know you. Where a welcoming wave is given to every visitor and passerby. Where friends are out your front door, and nature is out your back. Authentic connections among residents create a tight-knit dynamic where people really care about each other. Once you live here, you’re family.
Two Rivers is an exciting new master planned community where authentic American architecture is blended with the natural beauty of the land to create a place that is unlike any other in the area. The unrivaled amenities feature spaces to socialize and revitalize at every age, right in the community.
Inspired by Traditional Neighborhood Design (TND), homes at Two Rivers are built with a high level of architectural detail to form a unique, blended streetscape that fosters front-porch-friendly living. Woven around walkable streets, bike paths, and central parks, this design creates a strong social fabric and allows residents to stay connected by stepping outside to see their neighbors.
Two Rivers is part of Anne Arundel County Public Schools whose mission is to educate all students to be well prepared for college and the workforce and to empower them to create a better quality of life for themselves, their communities, and the next generation. From public to private, early childhood development to continuing education, there is something for students of all ages along the stream.
Everyday offers something different at Two Rivers. Currently, the Exclusive 55+ Village Club is home to pickleball, water aerobics, sewing club, Mahjong, scrabble, and weekly happy hours. The social committee hosts parties to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day, Halloween, New Year’s Eve, the Super Bowl and more! The demonstration kitchen is utilized once a month for cooking classes called Sundays at the Stove. The Hamlet Clubhouse will offer an endless array of planned activities like movie nights and game nights. Check out the Events Calendar for details.
